As per item to in para 2 of Government order first cited application for appointment of such of the deceased employees spouse children shall be entertained within a period of one year from the date of occurrence of the death of Government servants.

 

2. As doubt has arisen as to how to treat the cases of dependent of the persons who died after attaining the age of 55 years and before their reinduction into service pursuant to the Supreme Court Juedgement Dt. 13-08-1985.

 

3. The matter has been examined in consultation with General Administration (Ser. A) Department. It is hereby clarified that the cut of date for submission of application by the dependent of the deceased employee be taken as 19-08-1985 i.e., the date of judgement of Supreme Court.

 

4. This memo. issues with concurrence of General Administration (Ser. A) Department vide this U.O. No. 781/Ser.N88-1, dt. 2-5- 1988.
